About the Role:

The Marketing & Communications Coordinator plays a key role in supporting marketing execution across multiple industrial B2B brands throughout North America.


This is a hands-on role within a lean marketing team supporting industries including mining, heavy equipment, emissions systems, rail, marine, and industrial manufacturing. The role combines content creation, communications, project coordination, and campaign support responsibilities to help drive marketing initiatives, maintain brand consistency, and support business growth across the organization.


The ideal candidate is naturally curious, highly organized, and eager to grow within a fast-paced environment balancing multiple brands, projects, and priorities. Success in this role requires strong communication skills, accountability, adaptability, and the ability to independently manage tasks and follow through with minimal oversight.


This is not a traditional consumer marketing role. The successful candidate must be comfortable learning complex technical products, customer challenges, and industrial markets, while translating technical subject matter into clear, engaging, customer-focused communications.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

Communications & Content Creation

  • Develop a deep understanding of our brand’s products, customers, and sales methodology through ongoing conversations and training, to support independent content and communications development.
  • Draft, edit, and publish customer-facing marketing communications including Email Marketing, Brand Newsletters, Social Media Content.
  • Write and edit copy for collateral and sales tools including Brochures / Flyers, Presentations, Case Studies, Landing Pages.
  • Repurpose content into multiple formats across different channels while maintaining consistency in brand voice, messaging, and communication standards across all brands.
  • Support internal communications initiatives including company updates, announcements, and employee-facing communications across internal channels and platforms.
  • Assist with coordinating internal graphics and communications materials while acting as a collaborative representative of the marketing team across departments and organizational initiatives.

Project Coordination & Campaign Support

  • Maintain and update project timelines, deliverables, and follow-ups in task management tools and ensure alignment with delivery schedules and calendars.
  • Actively participate in group meetings and maintain accurate project notes and action items for yourself (and others when necessary).
  • Assist with prioritization and organization of incoming marketing requests and coordinate stakeholder feedback, revisions, and approvals.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to improve communication clarity, campaign execution, and overall marketing effectiveness across brands and initiatives.
  • Schedule and publish content across brand channels and monitor engagement metrics supported by basic reporting and analysis.

Event & Administrative Support

  • Coordinate the successful execution of trade shows, conferences, and customer events – including all associated rentals and sponsorships.
  • Own the shipping and organization of promotional materials, branded merchandise, and marketing collateral.
  • Assist the Regional Marketing Manager by handling administrative marketing tasks including Purchase Orders, Invoice Tracking, File Organization.

Qualifications and Skills


Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • 2-5 years work experience in marketing, communications, or related roles.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Exemplary business acumen.

Preferred Experience

  • Accustomed to working within a fast-paced or multi-brand environment.
  • Proven skill set working within the B2B manufacturing sector.
  • Mining, heavy equipment, or diesel machinery experience is a strong asset.
  • Well-versed in creating customer-facing marketing communications.
  • Candidates are encouraged to submit examples of previous writing, marketing communications, campaign, or creative work that demonstrate both communication quality and execution capabilities.

  • Asana or other project management platforms
  • Microsoft Office Suite
  • Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design platforms
  • HubSpot, Salesforce, or other CRM platforms
  • Email marketing platforms
  • Social media scheduling tools
  • Basic understanding of digital marketing workflows

  • Compensation package: From $65,000.00 annually.
