About the Role:

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and dynamic individual to join our team as Marketing Manager. In this key role, the successful candidate will be responsible for spearheading and executing comprehensive marketing strategies for Mammoth Equipment and Exhaust Inc. and The DPF Company Inc [https://thedpfcompany.com/].

Key Duties & Responsibilities

  Global Team Collaboration:

  • Closely collaborate with the Global Marketing Manager of Mammoth Equipment and Exhaust Inc. to develop and execute global company brand strategies and marketing campaigns.

Team Management:

  • Lead and manage the marketing team, providing direction, guidance, and support to ensure the successful execution of marketing initiatives and campaigns.
  • Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture within the marketing team, promoting professional development and cross-functional collaboration.

Collaboration with Sales Team:

  • Work closely with the sales team to develop and execute marketing strategies that support sales objectives, including lead generation, customer acquisition, and retention efforts.
  • Collaborate with sales representatives to gather insights and feedback from the field, informing marketing strategies and campaign adjustments as needed.

Collaboration with Customer Service:

  • Partner with the customer service team to understand customer needs, pain points, and feedback, incorporating this information into marketing initiatives and messaging.
  • Develop marketing campaigns and materials that support customer service efforts, enhancing the overall customer experience and satisfaction.

Brand Expansion:

  • Spearhead the expansion of Mammoth Equipment and Exhaust Inc. and The DPF Company Inc. into new markets by establishing and nurturing a robust brand presence.
  • Curate and maintain a comprehensive library of digital sales and marketing collateral, providing detailed insights into the core services offered by the companies.

Content Marketing:

  • Develop and execute a Content Marketing Program focused on addressing client pain points and positioning Mammoth Equipment and Exhaust Inc. and The DPF Company Inc. as premier options in the diesel heavy-duty, automotive, maritime, and rail aftermarket sector, thereby supporting inbound lead generation.
  • Plan and manage advertising campaigns to enhance brand awareness and support B2B lead generation efforts.

Website Management:

  • Oversee the management and upkeep of the companies’ respective website properties to deliver tailored messaging catering to various visitor personas within the diesel heavy-duty, automotive, maritime, and rail aftermarket industry.

Social Media Strategy:

  • Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to devise and implement a social media strategy aligned with B2B lead generation objectives, leveraging content marketing initiatives and brand narratives.

Partnerships and Sponsorships:

  • Identify and leverage strategic partnerships and sponsorships to amplify brand presence and establish targeted market penetration in primary and growth markets.

Product Promotion:

  • Work closely with the Innovation teams of both companies to promote new product and service offerings to corporate clients and the wider heavy-duty automotive community.

Business Development Support:

  • Provide assistance to the Business Development teams in crafting tailored client presentations and driving account development efforts.
  • Support B2B lead generation effort to ensure consistent supply of high-quality relevant leads to the Sales team.

Visual Identity & Creative Services:

  • Enforce consistent application of the companies' visual identity systems across all branding materials and platforms.
  • Provide oversight and project management support for the visual design team members.
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure adherence to visual identity standards across all touchpoints.

Strategic Planning:

  • Create and manage annual marketing strategies and plans, aligning them with company objectives and industry trends.
  • Develop key performance indicators (KPIs) and return on investment (ROI) metrics to measure the effectiveness of marketing initiatives.

Execution and Alignment:

  • Ensure that the marketing department aligns with the overall strategy throughout the year to achieve goals and tasks on time.
  • Innovate digital content creation, storytelling, and process improvement to enhance the company's narrative and maintain relevancy in the market.

Budget Management:

  • Work with the CEO and CFO to create an annual marketing budget.
  • Hold the marketing team accountable to the budget, finding ways to be more cost-efficient and allocating funds for the highest return on investment.

Qualifications and Skills


  • Bachelor's degree or diploma in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
  • Minimum of five (5) years of progressive experience in marketing, with a focus on strategic planning, budget management, and team leadership.
  • Proven track record in developing and executing successful marketing campaigns, with a strong emphasis on digital marketing and brand management.
  • Strong organizational and detail-oriented skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and budgets simultaneously.
  • Sufficient expertise in graphic design, copywriting, and content layout to evaluate quality and offer recommendations.
  • Demonstrated ability to utilize strong presentation skills to communicate effectively with internal teams and customers.

Job Details


  • This is a full-time permanent position.
  • Ability to relocate or reliably commute to 82 Routledge Avenue, Headingley, MB R4H 0A9.
  • Compensation consists of a base salary and a bonus.
  • Starting compensation package: $90,000.00 to $100,00.00 per annum.
